I need a name for a character for one of my stories. It’s a female character… I’m looking for a nice simple name that’s well known, preferably more European than American. The character is positive, simple and innocent, hopefully the name can reflect that.
Can anybody help me brainstorm names?

Charlotte is a bit too heavy… and Tess is good, actually.
I’m thinking something more flowery… like Lily, but not Lily.
I’d just call her Sylvia, it’s my favourite name, but I call all my female characters Sylvia, so it’s really overused.
Spoiler warnings:
It’s a short reflective narration about the life of a positive innocent girl who’s got some life-threatening disease (I’m thinking cancer, not sure yet), tried to fight it but died. I’m writing it as part of a collection of small narrations which I plan to eventually build into a novel about a lot of depressing themes.
I enjoy writing dark, depressing pieces of fiction. I don’t know why, but it helps make my own life seem better.
